The Scrap Heap Games Instagram is live. Come and watch the boards move.
This is where the score tables get a life outside the games. I'll be posting regular updates, and the one I'm watching closest is Haunted Maze. Who has pushed the furthest. Who is still in there with a candle. Who might be the first name on a finishers list that is still empty.
Play, and your name can turn up in those posts. Don't play, and you can still follow the chase. The board tells on everyone.
Who's gone the furthest
Haunted Maze keeps two lists. One for people who got out. One for people who are still inside, ranked by how far the candle took them. Right now the finishers list has nobody on it. That will not stay true forever, and when it changes, Instagram is where you'll hear it first.
Every update is a snapshot of the chase. New names. Old names climbing. Someone who was nowhere yesterday, suddenly near the top. If you think you've gone further than the board says, come and say so. I want the argument.
What gets built next
It's also where new game ideas get kicked around before they ever become a tile on the home page. Spare parts. Half-built twists. Things that might be brilliant and things that might be a disaster. Bring a terrible idea. I'll bring one too.
Follow @scrapheapgames. The next post is already about somebody's score.
